Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, ONE® Condoms generally does not accept returns of opened or used merchandise. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
Return Process

- 3.Ship Your Item
If approved, pack the unopened items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to return the package to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
